Some items may be in stock and available to ship immediately. If the item is not in stock, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Tracking
Please note that all pieces ship with Signature Required upon delivery for insurance purposes. Please provide a shipping address at which an individual above the age of 21 will be able sign for your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping is free within the continental United States.
Sales Tax
Customers are responsible for paying the sales tax to their state.
Returns questions
Return Policy
You may return your purchase for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery of your order. The item(s) you are returning must be in original undamaged condition. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. All personalized, bespoke, and/or commissioned pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Contact shayne@hollandermccoy.com with the details of your order and we will send you a shipping label, please return in original packaging.
All jewelry is subject to a quality control inspection, if the piece is damaged in any way we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange.
Once the return is accepted and processed we will credit your original form of payment, less shipping.
