Custom Jewelry Design Process

Step 1: Consultation

Meet with Shayne virtually or in person to discuss your time frame, budget, design goals and stone preferences. At the end of the call, we will have a game plan on how to bring your vision to life.

Step 2: Design 

Shayne will work within her network of experienced jewelers to present you with custom design options.

Once you settle on a design, expect to see detailed pictures and videos of your custom piece for the most accurate depiction of what you will receive as the final product.

Step 3: Production and Delivery

Shayne will oversee the entire production process to ensure craftsmanship is at its finest. 

Once your piece is ready, we will discuss the final details, such as the appraisal, insurance, and proper jewelry care and cleaning. 

Turnaround Time

Please allow 8-10 weeks for custom jewelry design projects.
