What is a jewelry concierge?

A jewelry concierge is your personal shopper for curated fine jewelry. Hollander McCoy offers a one-of-a-kind personalized service for clients who desire assistance in finding or customizing the perfect piece of jewelry.

Can I customize my order?

Some customization is available for the pieces featured on our website. Please email shayne@hollandermccoy.com with the subject “Customization” for specific inquiries.

Can modifications be made?

In most cases, yes! Hollander McCoy will communicate any additional charges and associated wait times. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will issue a refund to the method of payment used when placing your order.

What if I don't see what I'm looking for?

Please send an email to shayne@hollandermccoy.com and we will help you find what you're looking for or make something custom to fit your needs.

How can I protect my purchase?

We have arranged for Jewelers Mutual Group to bring our U.S.
and Canadian (excluding Québec) customers valuable information about helping to protect your purchase. Since 1913, Jewelers Mutual has been the only insurer
dedicated exclusively to jewelry and offers comprehensive repair or replacement coverage with protection against loss, theft, damage, and disappearance.

Some items may be in stock and available to ship immediately. If the item is not in stock, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Shipping is free within the continental United States.

Can I track my package?

Yes, once your order ships, we will email you a tracking code.

Please note that all pieces ship with Signature Required upon delivery for insurance purposes. Please provide a shipping address at which an individual above the age of 21 will be able sign for your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Hollander McCoy is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the recipient’s unavailability for signature. Hollander McCoy is not liable for any missing package when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Hollander McCoy is not responsible for any delays due to weather nor technical issues from the shipping carrier.

Returns

Return Policy

Returns or exchanges are allowed within 7 days, unless otherwise specified in the item description.

If you require a return or exchange, please contact shayne@hollandermccoy.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. You will be provided a return shipping label free of charge. 

Items must be returned in original packaging, and in original, unworn condition, for a full refund. Hollander McCoy reserves the right to reject any returned pieces that show damage, misuse, or wear.

After 7 days from delivery of order, all sales are final.

All personalized, bespoke, and/or commissioned pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
